| | Establishment of Asia Pacific Regional Headquarters, Europe and Africa Regional Headquarters and Americas Regional Headquarters (New Organizations).
With the aim of reinforcing our group's management while accelerating our decision-making process based on a more timely understanding of our overall business situation in each key region, we have decided to establish the above organizations, which will serve to centralize the supervision and management of our overseas offices and subsidiaries in each of their respective regions. |
