As one of the Sumitomo Rubber Group's global brands of high-performance tires, the FALKEN brand has won widespread recognition and a dedicated fan base throughout the world thanks to our work in supplying high-quality FALKEN tires to major automobile manufacturers as well as our longstanding and active participation in various motorsports activities. Effective through the end of 2017, our recent sponsorship agreement with the Qantas Wallabies enables FALKEN to use the likenesses of the players, to show full-screen commercials during matches broadcast throughout Australia and to display the FALKEN logo on billboards above the pitch, in the backdrop during interviews with players and managers, on the team's official website and in official team pamphlets. FALKEN has already entered into partnerships with several teams and athletes from around the world, sponsoring Yoshihide Muroya, a pilot competing in the Red Bull Air Race World Championship, and FC Ingolstadt 04, a football club in the German Bundesliga, in addition to becoming the official tire of Major League Baseball in America. Now, with our sponsorship of the Qantas Wallabies, we aim to enhance the value of the FALKEN brand by further emphasizing FALKEN's already strong image as an exciting, youthful and energetic brand.
