DUNLOP “BLUE RESPONSE TG” Wins Top Spot in Overall Ranking of Tire Test of Auto Motor und Sport (AMS), prestigious automotive magazine in Europe

 DUNLOP (Company name: Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd.; President and CEO: Yasuaki Kuniyasu) is pleased to announce that BLUE RESPONSE TG*1 has won the top spot in the overall ranking of a tire test conducted by Auto Motor und Sport (AMS), *2 a Germany’s leading automotive magazine.*3




The BLUE RESPONSE TG won the top spot in the overall ranking of a first major test after its launch, as a first DUNLOP brand summer tire after Sumitomo Rubber Industries developed it for the European market*4 and acquired the DUNLOP brand trademark in Europe, the US, and Australia.

The AMS is a traditional automotive magazine published in Germany and is known for its very strict assessment standards for automotive performance and safety. It is a medium that is considered particularly important in tire assessment in Europe in terms of circulation and professional expertise and is deeply trusted by car enthusiasts as well as experts. Therefore, securing the top spot in the overall ranking of the AMS tire test demonstrates that the BLUE RESPONSE TG is a product with advanced technologies and high degree of perfection.
