DUNLOP SP SPORT MAXX 060 and e. SPORT MAXX Selected for SUBARU’s All-New Uncharted

DUNLOP (Company name: Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd.; President and CEO: Yasuaki Kuniyasu) is pleased to announce that we have started supplying DUNLOP SP SPORT MAXX 060 and e. SPORT MAXX for use as original equipment tires on the all-new battery EV “Uncharted” (U.S. model), whose debut in the U.S. was announced by Subaru Corporation in December 2025.
The all-new Uncharted is a compact SUV that combines the driving performance unique to battery EVs with practicality like user-friendliness and maneuverability, serving the diverse lifestyles of a wide range of owners.
The SP SPORT MAXX 060 and e. SPORT MAXX tires fitted this time help reduce noise by optimizing tread patterns, while also reducing tire rolling resistance thanks to the adoption of new tread rubber compounds, thereby extending the vehicle’s driving range. The tires also deliver both high-level handling stability and wet-weather performance. Moreover, the e. SPORT MAXX features our proprietary blackening design technology “Nano Black” as the brand logo on the tire sidewall, which not only boosts visibility but also accentuates the design to exude a premium feel.
