As one of SRI's global brands, FALKEN is widely known as a brand that is synonymous with high-performance tires. FALKEN brand tires have been gaining both broad support and high accolades in Europe and elsewhere-as evidenced by their recent selection as factory standard tires by several European automobile manufacturers^*1 and the outstanding ratings that they received in performance tests conducted by ADAC (German Automobile Association)^*2.
 Our sponsorship agreement with FC Ingolstadt 04, which is effective for a period of two years from July of 2015, includes the right to broadcast FALKEN advertisements on the big screen at Audi-Sportpark, the team's home stadium, as well the right to display the FALKEN logo on the LED billboards located around the pitch, on the backdrops used during interviews with players and coaches, on the team's official website and in the team's official pamphlets and other team literature.
 With this sponsorship agreement, both FALKEN and FC Ingolstadt 04 aim to expand our respective fan bases around the world through our shared brand image-one of youthfulness, lively energy and the promise of future growth.
