Sumitomo Rubber Group Releases Integrated Report 2025

Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. has published its Integrated Report 2025 to showcase the Sumitomo Rubber Group’s efforts for creating corporate value. The report is now available on the Company’s corporate website.
Integrated Report 2025 details how the Sumitomo Rubber Group intends to drive value creation over the medium to long term guided by R.I.S.E. 2035, its Long-term Corporate Strategy announced in March. The report also features Strengthening Competitiveness through Innovation, which highlights the technologies and products the Sumitomo Rubber Group has developed over many years, along with an employee roundtable on the theme The Future Factory Project for Better Workplaces, addressing challenges that the manufacturing industry faces at production sites. In a roundtable themed Front Line of Governance, outside directors explore the Company’s governance framework from diversified perspectives. In addition to outlining each business’ efforts to realize the Long-term Corporate Strategy, the report also presents specific measures to strengthen the corporate foundation, providing a succinct and clear summary of the Sumitomo Rubber Group’s growth narrative.
We updated the Sustainability pages on the corporate website and added a link to the Integrated Report to create better integration between the two. This is intended to give a clearer and deeper understanding of the Sumitomo Rubber Group’s path to sustainable growth when the Integrated Report is viewed alongside the website.
With this report, we aim to foster more constructive engagement with our stakeholders and work to enhance our corporate value. We will also continue pursuing the vision (“Continuing to Provide ‘New Experiential Value’ Born from Rubber to Everyone”) set out in R.I.S.E. 2035.
